Wanda Film to Continue Suspension of Trading, Requesting More Time for Assets Consolidation

According to a recent announcement made by Wanda Film Holding Co, the company plans to file a request to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange to continue the suspension of trading in its shares, as the company needs more time to prepare for its assets consolidation. In addition, Wanda Film also announces that the company is interested in acquiring 100 percent stake in Wanda Pictures, the previously privately held production and distribution arm of Wanda Group.
