Warner Bros. and DC Films look to be counting on Chris Pine as much as the title character to sell Wonder Woman.
An all-new trailer for Wonder Woman subtitled in Chinese has been released, ahead of the film’s day-and-date release in China on June 2.
The 87-second teaser shows almost as much of male lead Chris Pine as it does of Gal Gadot’s title character.

Known in Chinese as “Magical Female Warrior,” the film opens on the same day as The Lost City of Z, which arrives in China two months after its North American release, and given China’s appetite for Hollywood superhero fare, should beat that movie handily at the box office.
