Taiwan Confirms Ban on Mainland Chinese Streaming Firms iQIYI and Tencent Video 

Taiwan has officially set to ban mainland Chinese streaming giants iQiyi and Tencent Video from operating in the region beginning from early September, following the revision of an existing law that will bar their local partners from providing services for them. The formal order will be announced on September 3, according to the notice that the Minister of Economic Affairs made on Tuesday. Tickets Go On Sale For 10th Beijing International Film Festival

Tickets went on sale Wednesday for the 10th Beijing International Film Festival, which will run from August 22 to 29 after being postponed in April due to coronavirus outbreak.
