Rising Young Director Li Xiaofeng’s Third Feature ‘Back to the Wharf’ Sets Nov 6 Release

Chinese rising young director Li Xiaofeng’s third feature film “Back to the Wharf” has recently secured a Nov 6 release. Produced by actor/producer Huang Bo, the film premiered at this year’s Shanghai International Film Festival and received a lot of positive reviews from the festival audience. Revolving around a former top high school student who returns to the hometown he left 15 years ago, the film returns the story of him facing the wounds of the past and taking back control of his life. Starring actor Zhang Yu, Wang Yanhui, Song Jia and Lee Hong Chi, the film is given high hopes considering the current low supply of new films in the market.
