Xuelin Zhou
About the author Xuelin Zhou is a senior lecturer in the Department of Media and Communication at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. His research interests cover cross-cultural film studies and Chinese media. He is the author of Youth Culture in Chinese Language Film (Routledge, 2016) and Globalization and Contemporary Chinese Cinema: Zhang Yimou’s Genre Films (Palgrave, 2017).
