After taking China by storm, short-video apps are now conquering India.Thanks to Indian people’s love for audio and video content and top Chinese short-video platforms’ aggressive overseas expansion, an increasing number of people in Indian become active users of short-video apps, such as TikTok, Like and VivaVideo. According to a research report by Google, about 75% of mobile data in India is used to stream video content. In addition, a chain of related businesses are being developed because of the rise of short-video apps. Hit Thai Movie ‘Friend Zone’ Set for August 2 China Release

Friend Zone, a hit romantic drama film from Thailand, has been set to release in China on August 2, according to sources familiar with the matter. Starring Naphat Siangsomboon and Pimchanok Leuwisetpaiboon, the film is produced by the same crew that produced the 2017 box office hit ‘bad genius.’ In the film, the two protagonists wander along an unclear relationship between friends and lovers for over 10 years.
