China Launches New Guideline On Promoting Sci-Fi Films Development

China Film Administration and the China Association for Science and Technology has jointedly issued a new guideline on promoting the development of Chinese sci-fi films. Made public on Friday, the guideline lists 10 policies and measures on the production, screening, special effects, and other issues concerning the development sci-fi films.
