Action crime thriller “Caught in Time” continues to climb up on China’s 2020 box office chart, with its total revenue now surpassing 500 million yuan (76 million U.S. dollars) and beating out three other films in the past two days. The action film follows a detective’s story as he tracks down a gang of criminals 10 years after they initially evaded arrest. With total ticket sales hitting 512 million yuan benchmark by Friday morning, “Caught in Time” currently ranks sixth on the China’s box office yearly chart, according to data compiled by the China Movie Data Information Network.
